Job Description
This is not an entry-level dispatch role.
We’re looking for a high-level dispatcher who already knows how to run a board, manage multiple technicians, and keep a fast-moving service operation running at full capacity.
If you’ve used ServiceTitan in a high-volume environment and know how to drive revenue through dispatch, this will feel like a step up—not just another job.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan based on priority, skill set, and location
Manage high call volume and same-day service demand
Optimize routing and technician utilization to reduce downtime and increase revenue
Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
Handle urgent and escalated service requests with speed and accuracy
Maintain accurate job records, notes, and invoicing within ServiceTitan
Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams
Track and improve KPIs such as:
Technician utilization
Job completion time
Revenue per technician
First-time completion rate
- Support after-hours or on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating large teams (15–50+ technicians)
Background in field service, construction, or skilled trades environments
Experience with maintenance agreements or recurring service customers
- Strong understanding of scheduling efficiency and route optimization
What You’ll Do
Own the schedule and dispatch board from start to finish
Keep technicians productive, moving, and fully utilized
Handle same-day demand and last-minute changes without breaking flow
Make real-time decisions that impact revenue and efficiency
- Work directly with leadership to improve performance, not just maintain it
