HVAC Service & Maintainence Manager

Male candidates with Mech Eng or ITI qualification with more than 10 years in HVAC - VRF Service & Maintainence for Mumbai Location. Managing huge AC Tech teams, dealing with Corporates or HNI clients for Escalation & AMC etc

Job Responsibilities:

• - Lead, mentor, and manage a large HVAC field service team spread across Mumbai and other Metro Cities
• - Drive service excellence by ensuring timely resolution of complaints, preventive maintenance adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
• - Conduct technical training sessions for service staff on VRF, ducted, AHU, and split systems toenhance skill levels.
• - Engage with key clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Procurement and stores teams to ensure the availability of spares and critical materials.
• - Ensure accurate billing and timely recovery of payments related to service and retrofit activities.
• - Track and report KPIs for service delivery, revenue, customer feedback, and team performance.

• - Implement and enforce safety and quality compliance across all service jobs & knowledge of CRM and service management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
