HVAC Service & Operations Manager

Male candidates having min 8 + years of experience in HVAC service operations, with team leadership responsibilities. Technical expertise in servicing & troubleshooting VRF, ducted, AHU, & split-type systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• - Lead, mentor, and manage a large HVAC field service team spread across Mumbai and other Metro Cities
• - Drive service excellence by ensuring timely resolution of complaints, preventive maintenance adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
• - Conduct technical training sessions for service staff on VRF, ducted, AHU, and split systems toenhance skill levels.
• - Engage with key clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• - Collaborate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure the availability of spares and critical materials.
• - Ensure accurate billing and timely recovery of payments related to service and retrofit activities.
• - Track and report KPIs for service delivery, revenue, customer feedback, and team performance.
• - Work across departments to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline processes.
• - Implement and enforce safety and quality compliance across all service jobs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
