Your New Role

As the HVAC Service Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas, you’ll be the frontline coach shaping the day-to-day and long-term success of our HVAC service team. You won’t just manage, you’ll lead from the front, shoulder-to-shoulder with your techs. Expect to:

  • Coach & Develop: Lead by example. Build, mentor, and train a high-performance service team.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee fleet readiness, equipment, inventory, and safety protocols.

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or service experience (preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience managing and coaching technician teams

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and insurability

  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical manuals

  • Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, GPS, and service software

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
