HVAC Service Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HVAC service manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in HVAC systems, encompassing service, installation, maintenance and sales. In this manager role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards. Your profound knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to supervise will be crucial in guiding your team and developing our service department. Use sales experience to develop service department and build clientele.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel. While developing maintenance programs with homeowners.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment necessary for HVAC operations.
• Develop training programs for staff on new technologies and best practices in HVAC/R systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
• Must be proficient with using HVAC CRM software for scheduling and setting up maintenance programs with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC supervisor or similar role with a strong background in HVAC field service.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems, air conditioning, and mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
• Valid driver's license is required; must be able to operate company vehicles safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
