Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
  • Manage a team of service technicians, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for client systems.
  • Ensure service work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with customers to address complaints, technical issues, and service needs promptly.
  • Control inventory and procurement of service materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams for seamless client handovers and ongoing service contracts.
  • Prepare service reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Train and mentor service staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, service management software, or ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certification in HVAC maintenance, safety, or project management.
  • Experience in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service operations.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,691.15 - ₹27,000.00 per month
