Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage a team of service technicians, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for client systems.
- Ensure service work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate with customers to address complaints, technical issues, and service needs promptly.
- Control inventory and procurement of service materials, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams for seamless client handovers and ongoing service contracts.
- Prepare service reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
- Train and mentor service staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, service management software, or ERP systems.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Attributes
- Certification in HVAC maintenance, safety, or project management.
- Experience in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service operations.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.
