HVAC Service Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team of service technicians in delivering exceptional HVAC services. As a manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned team of service technicians on a day to day basis. Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians specializing in HVAC, plumbing repair and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare repair estimates for presentation in the field by your technicians, and coordinate all part orders necessary for scheduled repairs.
• Coordinate scheduling of service appointments, ensuring timely response to customer needs across diverse property types.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers,, and other mechanical equipment.
• Provide technical support to your team of technicians in the field to timely and accurately diagnose equipment failures.
• Provide group and individualized training to your assigned team of technicians
• Follow up and address any customer inquiries regarding service department operations.
• Our Service Department is available to serve our customers 24/7, 365 days a year. As such, this is a fast paced, demanding position that requires the ability to work rotating weekends and after hours when necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician with no less than 7 years of experience, with strong mechanical knowledge in HVAC/R diagnosis, repair and installation.
• Prior leadership experience managing employees.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license,, insurable with a clean driving record.
• Idaho HVAC Journeyman, Mech-1 and EPA certification preferred, but not required.

Compensation

• Average annual compensation is $185,000-$200,000. Includes base wage of $40/hour, plus quarterly performance bonuses based upon established company and personal performance metrics.
