About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service activities, managing field technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service technicians

Lead the team to schedule and prioritize service calls to maximize efficiency and response times

Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships

Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements

Manage inventory, tools, and service vehicles
-
Collaborate with sales and installation teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
