HVAC service sales executive

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service sales executive.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC service contracts, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and retrofit projects.
  • Visit prospective and existing clients to understand their HVAC maintenance needs and offer suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the HVAC industry.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years UAE experience in HVAC field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • UAE Driving license mandatory.
