HVAC Service Technician

Duties:

- Knowledge of HVAC systems following design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Test HVAC systems using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices
- Interpret and apply building codes to HVAC repairs
-Communicate with home owners to complete HVAC repairs

Requirements:

- 2 year experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Mechanical knowledge to understand system operations
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Proficiency to maintain HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
