Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business which has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! In this role, you’ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems—while also mentoring junior techs and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
EPA Certification required
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Leadership experience or mentoring mindset is a big plus
Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus

Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
