What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems: furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ventilation
• Deliver top-notch service with clear communication to customers
• Complete accurate service reports and document findings
• Stay current on HVAC technology through company-sponsored training

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication
• Leadership mindset & desire for advancement
• Valid driver’s license; EPA Certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred
