Job Description

Our HVAC Service Technicians are the bearers of our standard of excellence. They provide knowledgeable, professional and reliable diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems such as heat pumps, furnaces, ventilation units, boilers, and control systems.

Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members and venders
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, tools and inventory
• Provide clear and complete documentation of every service call with detailed write-ups and pictures/videos
• Utilize company issued mobile device & software to manage calls, propose repairs, accept payment, etc.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities
• Identify and report opportunities for additional business
• Work in a safe manner on a daily basis.
• Have flexibility to work over-time and on-call hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• HVAC Certification
• Valid WA Driver's License
• Good driving Record
• 06A Electrical License
• EPA 608 Certification
• CPR Certification (must obtain within 6 months)

Job Type:

Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with rotating on-call hours on weekends. Overtime paid for hours that exceed 40 per week.

Compensation

• Wage $32-$58 hourly, paid weekly

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Certification (Preferred)
• Washington State Driver's License (Required)
• Electrical or Electrical Trainee License (06A) (Preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Redmond, WA 98052: Relocate before starting work (Required)
