HVAC Service Technician

<Responsibilities>

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and calibration to ensure peak performanc
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues utilizing tools like ohmmeters, Brazing equipment, and other diagnostic devices
• Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and property maintenance documents to execute precise repairs or installations
• Conduct field service visits across various properties to provide timely repairs and maintenance support
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs to track work performed and parts used

<Requirements>

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with minimum 3 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems—including air conditioning, and property maintenance systems
• Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately for installation and troubleshooting purposes
• Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with equipment repair, Brazing and maintenance procedures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• Familiarity with field service operations including property maintenance tasks across diverse environments
• Experience working with specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics

Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
