HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can confidently run service calls from start to finish. This role is primarily residential with some commercial work.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems independently
• Handle service calls from start to finish
• Communicate with customers and recommend solutions
• Perform system maintenance and part replacements
• Assist in other areas when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own calls
• Proven HVAC service experience
• Must be reliable and show up consistently
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide your own basic tools

Schedule

• 4-day work week (4x10 schedule)
• On-call rotation
