HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service on every job

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• EPA Certification (required or willing to obtain)

Preferred

• Experience with residential service and installs
• NATE certification
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and split systems

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
