Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Of Experience In Residential HVAC Service (required)
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Ability To Lift 100 Pounds or More
• Proficient In Following And Understanding Technical Instructions
• Ability To Use A Computer Tablet Smartphone, and Navigate Using Maps or GPS
• Impeccable Appearance, Professional Demeanor, And Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Desire To Exceed Client Expectations and Collaborate In A Team Environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate HVAC systems and ductwork for airflow and temperature discrepancies
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heating and cooling equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols while driving to job sites and handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean service vehicle and organized workspace
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
