HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Florida Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. is seeking a professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and system evaluations
• Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers
• Follow company processes and complete all job documentation
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality service

What We Expect

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to follow systems and procedures
• Shows up on time and ready to work

Compensation

• $22 – $35 per hour based on experience and performance
• Top technicians earn at the top of the range and beyond

Schedule

Full-time position with consistent 40-hour work weeks. Overtime available during peak season.

Tools & Equipment

Company provides major equipment including vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and specialty tools. Technicians are expected to supply their own basic hand tools.
