HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an HVAC service technician to join our team! Prior HVAC service experience is required, minimum of 2yrs commercial service experience. Company work vehicle provided, on the job training with HVAC install, service, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. Pay raises are based solely on performance, and yearly employee evaluations.

Responsibilities:

Ability to be on time and work Monday- Friday scheduled hours

Ability to meet at our shop every morning at 7:00am or directly at the job at 7-8am

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Works well with others

Willingness and ability to listen and learn new skills

Qualifications:

Previous commercial/ residential service experience is required.

Ability to be in company on-call rotation

Ability to pass background check

Valid drivers license, and clean driving record

Ability to handle physical workload

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Willing to learn a great job skill

Understanding the importance of great customer service

Commitment to doing every job the right way

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
