Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, fireplaces, geothermal)
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot system issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Complete service calls accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Recommend system improvements or replacements when appropriate (no high-pressure sales—just honest advice)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• On call

Experience:

• HVAC: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• EPA Refrigeration Certification (Required)
