This is a customer-facing role where you'll meet homeowners, perform repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions. You’ll succeed here by delivering a world-class customer experience and genuinely caring about each client’s comfort.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver World-Class Service: Provide an excellent experience and maintain customer trust while working in their home.
• Troubleshoot & Service Equipment: Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs or maintenance correctly the first time.
• Advise on Improvements: Recommend upgrades, IAQ solutions, or service plans that enhance comfort and system performance.

Job Requirements

• Residential HVAC experience (2 years preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (verified prior to offer)
• EPA & Mech 1 required; 06A preferred
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Abily to maintain a professional appearance (uniforms provided and laundered)
• Ability to pass a background check (required for home warranty referrals)

Benefits & Pay

$25.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and continuing education.
