Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Indianapolis, IN, for an HVAC Service Technician. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, executing repair and replacement projects, and providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. The technician will work independently or as part of a team to optimize the performance of HVAC systems and maintain operational excellence at client facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system performance.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
• Possession of EPA certification or equivalent credentials for handling HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC systems are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between job sites.
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols specific to HVAC operations.
