HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Norcross, GA. This role is responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with rooftop units and commercial systems
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chillers and large commercial equipment
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) a plus
