HVAC Service Technician (Commercial/Residential)

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and stays current with today’s HVAC technology and refrigerant changes.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair HVAC systems; including commercial rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, and package units

- Perform field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems

- Braze components, repair leaks, and/or replace defective parts in HVAC units

- Stay up-to-date with refrigerant changes, regulations, and handling procedures

- Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

- EPA Certified

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial and residential experience

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Proficiency in brazing techniques (copper and aluminum) for HVAC repairs

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Pass a pre-employment drug test

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- On-call emergency service rotation availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
