We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnostics, quality repairs, and helping homeowners understand their systems.

Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential heating and cooling systems.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, professional communication, and the ability to clearly explain system conditions and repair options to homeowners.

Essential Job Duties

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps
• Perform maintenance inspections and tune‑ups
• Explain repair options and system conditions to homeowners
• Complete service documentation, photos, and notes in ServiceTitan
• Maintain clean and organized service vehicles with appropriate truck stock
• Install service accessories such as hard start kits, surge protectors, thermostats, and IAQ products
• Follow safety procedures and local codes
• Communicate with the office regarding job progress, parts needs, and follow‑ups
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA 608 Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and outdoor conditions

Schedule

Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime or on‑call rotation during peak seasons)

Compensation

$25 – $45 per hour depending on experience
