We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician/Plumber to join our Family team and deliver exceptional service in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose electrical problems and repair mechanical components.
- Maintain property systems by inspecting appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration lines, and plumbing fixtures regularly.
- Document all service activities thoroughly through reports and logs to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Skills
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on HVAC installation and plumbing work.
- Proven service technician experience with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge spanning boilers, refrigeration systems (including ammonia refrigeration), air conditioning units, and appliances.
- Field service expertise with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using tools like ohmmeters.
- Skilled in equipment repair including welding, maintenance procedures, and property upkeep.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC/R systems and plumbing infrastructure.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
