Shoretech services is looking for someone that wants to grow with our family owned company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and or service. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and functioning efficiently. This position requires that you live within 30 minutes of Millsboro, Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely, including welding equipment for repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Experience

• Must have 2-3 years experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician or HVAC Service technician.
• Ability to drive a service vehicle to job sites.
• Skills in maintaining various HVAC components are desirable.
• Valid Driver's license.
• All candidates must pass background check and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
