What You’ll Do: You’ll Lead:

• Skilled teams installing commercial HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
• Daily jobsite coordination to keep installations on schedule and on spec
• Quality assurance and safe installation practices on every job

You’ll Also:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients
• Train and mentor crew members while keeping job sites clean and efficient
• Track materials, document progress, and report updates

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience
• 2+ years’ experience leading crews or running job sites
• Ability to interpret construction documents and ensure code compliance
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a good driving record
• Bonus: Experience with VRF systems or refrigeration
