An HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at a construction site. They ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly, meet project requirements, and adhere to safety and quality standards

Supervision:Directing and overseeing the installation of Air Washer/AHUs/TFA components like Piping work (higher/lower side ) installation of components,Installation of cooling towers , ducting work, grills/diffusers, and site commissioning.

Coordination:Working closely with other teams (civil, electrical, BMS, etc.) and vendors to ensure smooth integration of the HVAC system with other building systems.

Quality Control:Conducting inspections and tests to verify that the installed HVAC systems meet design specifications and performance requirements.

Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving issues related to the installation or performance of the HVAC system.

Documentation:Maintaining records of installation progress, testing results, and any deviations from the plan.

Safety:Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.

Planning:Developing and implementing plans for the installation of HVAC systems, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, according to a job description template.

Project Management:Managing the HVAC aspects of a construction project, including budgeting, timelines, and reporting, according to a job description template.

Skills & Qualifications:

Engineering Background: Typically requires a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

HVAC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC principles, system design, and components.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and codes.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks within a project.

Experience: Experience in HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
