HVAC Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee HVAC system design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities at construction sites in Dubai. The candidate will ensure all HVAC works are executed as per project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.

Importance Notice : - Should be available at UAE - United Arab Emirates

- Experience should be in construction industry

- Immediate Joiners preferred not notice period

Key Responsibilities:

• Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP teams on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on HVAC installations.
• Manage subcontractors and site engineers.
• Prepare method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Oversee testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site HSE policies.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HVAC experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards, and site execution.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and local codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.
