HVAC Site Engineer

Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise the installation of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV), ducting, and piping (copper/MS) to ensure quality and adherence to drawings.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other MEP trades (electrical/plumbing) to prevent clashes and ensure smooth installation.

Material Management: Verify material quality, coordinate with stores/purchase for on-time delivery, and manage inventory at the site.

Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pressure testing, balancing, and commissioning of systems to ensure they function properly before handover.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, verify contractor measurements for billing, and update As-Built drawings.

Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA standards on site.
