Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will coordinate on-site activities, manage resources effectively, and act as the primary point of contact for all site-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities as per project plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Monitor on-site safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans for efficient implementation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and material usage records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address concerns and provide updates.
• Ensure proper allocation and management of materials, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience of 2–5 years in HVAC project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
