Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant Manager with 3–4 years of experience in procurement and vendor management within the home appliances or air cooler manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sourcing of materials, vendor negotiations, purchase planning, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and components required for manufacturing home appliances (e.g., air coolers, fans, etc.)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials

Assist in planning and forecasting procurement needs based on production schedules

Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery, responsiveness)

Coordinate with internal departments (production, R&D, inventory, accounts) to align procurement with operational needs

Maintain and update purchase records, POs, GRNs, and inventory levels

Handle procurement documentation, invoices, and compliance as per company policies

Monitor market trends, competitor prices, and material availability

Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
