The HVAC Site Supervisor oversees the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems at project sites. The role ensures that all HVAC activities are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site HVAC works, including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure proper implementation.
• Allocate work to technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors for technical clarifications and inspections.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available as per project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, manpower logs, and progress updates.
• Coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues that may arise on-site.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff and technicians as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,381.50 - ₹28,000.00 per month
