Position Summary – Project Superintendent:
As TCK Air Conditioning and Heating continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team. A Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities of an HVAC Superintendent:

Leadership and Supervision: The HVAC Superintendent is responsible for leading a team of installers and ensuring their productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety guidelines. They provide guidance, assign tasks, and mentor team members to achieve project goals effectively.

Project Planning and Execution: The Superintendent collaborates with project managers to plan and organize projects. They review blueprints, determine required equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary resources are available. The Superintendent schedules tasks, monitors progress, and addresses any issues that arise during the project.

Quality Assurance: The HVAC Superintendent conducts inspections to ensure that installations and repairs comply with industry standards and company guidelines. They ensure that workmanship is of the highest quality, troubleshoot any technical issues, and make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.

Customer Communication: The Superintendent serves as a point of contact with jobsite super intendants, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach, representing the company's values and commitment to excellent service.

Documentation and Reporting: The HVAC Superintendent maintains accurate records of project details, including work completed, materials used, and any modifications made. They report on project status, productivity, and resource utilization, providing valuable insights for management and future reference.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years managing crews.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising and coordinating a team of installers.
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
Proficient computer skills for documentation, usage of PDFS and Dropbox.
