HVAC Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of VRF systems, chillers, and other HVAC equipment on construction projects and operational facilities in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must have strong technical expertise as well as leadership and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors on site

Plan and assign daily work activities for the HVAC team

Oversee installation and commissioning of VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations

Conduct inspections, performance testing, and troubleshooting of issues

Review and interpret technical drawings, method statements, and schedules

Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and clients

Prepare work reports, progress updates, and material requests

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in HVAC systems, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of VRF, chilled water systems, DX systems, and BMS coordination

Experience in both construction projects and facility maintenance

Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Technical Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC is preferred
