HVAC Supervisor

Job Title: HVAC Supervisor (Plumbing & Pump Experience Required)
Location: Qatar University, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500/month
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Work Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor with strong expertise in pumps and general plumbing systems for a short-term project at Qatar University. The ideal candidate must have hands-on Facility Management (FM) experience and the ability to supervise maintenance and operational activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of pump systems
• Manage and monitor general plumbing works including pipelines, valves, and fixtures
• Coordinate with FM teams to ensure smooth facility operations
• Ensure all work is completed as per safety and quality standards
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead and manage technicians and subcontractors on-site
• Prepare reports and update management on work progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC or related field (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor
• Strong hands-on experience in pumps and plumbing systems (Mandatory)
• Facility Management (FM) experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
• Ability to supervise teams and manage site operations effectively
• Immediate availability preferred
