Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for our client in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on supervisory experience, and the ability to manage technicians while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily HVAC maintenance and installation activities
• Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians on site
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Inspect completed work to maintain service quality
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain service reports, job records, and documentation
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and servicing
• Experience handling installation and commissioning works
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage technicians and site activities efficiently
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

• HVAC : 3 years (Required)
