HVAC Supervisor (MEP / Facilities Management)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Supervisor to join our MEP division. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of various HVAC systems across commercial and residential projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be a technical expert with strong leadership skills to manage a team of technicians and subcontractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to HVAC technicians, monitor work progress, and ensure teams meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Technical Execution: Oversee installation and maintenance for AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, chillers, and ducting systems as per approved HVAC shop drawings.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant faults and provide real-time technical solutions.
• Maintenance Planning: Manage Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other MEP trades (Electrical/Plumbing) to ensure smooth site integration.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce UAE safety regulations (HSE) and conduct regular site inspections for quality control.
• Documentation: Prepare daily site reports and inventory logs for spare parts, and verify technician timesheets.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE-specific experience in HVAC supervision.
• License: A valid UAE driving license (highly preferred).
• Skills: Expert knowledge of HVAC materials, codes (ASHRAE/SMACNA), and HVAC maintenance software (will be an added advantage).
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
