HVAC Lead Technician

• • Pay: $28-32 per hour

• ⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift (8:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:
As our HVAC Lead Technician, you are the primary authority for our night operations. You won't just be an HVAC Supervisor; you'll be a hands-on mentor ensuring critical systems stay at peak performance.

• Lead the Night Crew: Supervise, mentor, and support a dedicated team of 4–5 HVAC technicians.
• Strategic Operations: Assign and prioritize nightly work orders and ensure all tasks are executed with precision.
• Safety & Standards: Promote and enforce top-tier safety standards and industry best practices.
• Coaching & Growth: Provide ongoing training and constructive feedback to help your team grow as HVAC Lead Mechanics.
• Tech-Forward Reporting: Use computer-based work order systems and basic reporting tools to track performance and system health.
