HVAC Technician

Maylaa International Trading LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units, chillers, heaters, and ventilation systems across commercial, retail, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Install, maintain, and repair AC systems, chillers, and heating units

➤ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

➤ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment

➤ Replace or repair defective parts and carry out necessary adjustments

➤ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and UAE regulations

➤ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities

➤ Provide technical support and advice to clients or internal teams as required

Requirements

➤ Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience (AC, chiller, and heater systems)

➤ Strong knowledge of HVAC system components and troubleshooting methods

➤ Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

➤ Familiarity with UAE safety standards and regulations

➤ UAE driving license (preferred)
