Job Summary:

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. The technician must ensure all systems are functioning safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, ducted systems, and chillers.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform timely repairs.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, relays, filters, and thermostats.
• Check and recharge refrigerant levels and handle gas recovery in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records of all work carried out.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete tasks on time.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (UAE experience preferred)
• Knowledge of split units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, ductwork, and thermostats
• Experience in facilities maintenance (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC
• Ability to read technical manuals and HVAC schematics
• Communication skills in English (basic Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

• Physical fitness and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
