HVAC Technician

• Responsible for the operation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the factory. The role ensures continuous and efficient operation of process area, and utility HVAC equipment to maintain required temperature, humidity, and air quality as per production and regulatory standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, air washers, ducting, and exhaust systems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment in the factory
• Ensure cleanroom temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials are maintained as per GMP requirements.
• Monitor and log system parameters such as pressure, temperature, RH, and differential pressure.
• Clean and replace filters, coils, belts, and motors to ensure system efficiency.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressor operation, and electrical controls for faults.
• Coordinate with the maintenance manager and production team to plan maintenance without disturbing operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, daily logbooks, and breakdown reports.
• Support validation and calibration activities related to HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP standards.
• Assist in installation or modification of new HVAC systems for expansion or new process areas.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
