Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to lead service and installation activities across commercial and residential sites. This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, VRF/VRV units, split ACs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM guidelines and company standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.
• Mentor junior technicians, providing on-the-job training and technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and client feedback summaries.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams for job scheduling and execution.
• Identify system upgrades or improvements and recommend solutions to clients.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in optimal condition.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and installation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, ducted systems).
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Familiarity with control systems and BMS integration (preferred).
• F-Gas/Refrigerant handling certification (preferred).
• OEM training certifications are an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
• Fluency in local languages and English is a plus.
