Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC units.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and system balancing to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in commissioning of new HVAC installations.
• Maintain accurate service records, daily reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Collaborate with site engineers, electricians, and plumbers for integrated system operations.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance (commercial/industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting layouts, and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site practices.
