Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Lahore and Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification:

• Diploma/Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or equivalent technical qualification
• EPA certification or equivalent will be preferred
• Additional training in PCB repair or industrial refrigeration is a plus

Experience:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience with commercial, residential, or light-industrial HVAC systems
• Exposure to cold storage rooms, chillers, or PCB-level troubleshooting is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical blueprints
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical faults
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, refrigerant handling, and leak detection
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and testing equipment (manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, multimeters, leak detectors)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, control circuits, and plumbing connections
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and light-industrial settings
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of HVAC systems (filters, coils, ducts, etc.)
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, including compressor and control circuit issues
• Test HVAC systems for proper functionality, efficiency, and safety compliance
• Recharge systems with refrigerant, check for leaks, and perform pressure testing
• Clean, adjust, and calibrate system components for optimal performance
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and refrigerant logs
• Follow all safety protocols, industry regulations, and factory hygiene standards
• Provide excellent customer service and clear technical advice to clients
• Coordinate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
