Job Title: HVAC Technician (2 Years UAE Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, familiarity with UAE climate demands, and the ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including split units, package units, ducted systems, chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per planned schedule.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and carry out necessary corrective repairs.
• Ensure proper refrigerant handling, charging, and leak testing as per UAE standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and wiring schematics.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete tasks within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and job records.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report major issues or required materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
• Good understanding of UAE climate and building types.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with maintenance in residential towers, commercial buildings, or facilities management.
