HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a factory environment. The candidate will ensure proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment and support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule to avoid breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment, electrical controls, motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters in production areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of exhaust, fresh air, and dust extraction systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new HVAC equipment when required.
• Handle refrigerants safely and ensure no leakage or environmental hazards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Technology.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a factory or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
