HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, and repair of split, ducted split, package, VRF & AHU AC systems in villas
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) including filter cleaning, coil cleaning, drain line flushing, and refrigerant checks
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and provide effective solutions
• Handle gas charging, leak detection, compressor checks, and thermostat calibration
• Ensure proper airflow, temperature control, and energy efficiency of systems
• Respond to breakdown calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate service reports and work completion records
• Follow safety procedures, company SOPs, and Dubai Municipality regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain issues and solutions professionally
• Coordinate with supervisors and support team for materials and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience, preferably in villa maintenance
• Strong knowledge of split, ducted, and package units
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)
