HVAC Technician

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, split units, ducting, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and air quality control in production, storage, and cold rooms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and identify energy-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and records for audits and inspections.
• Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Assist external contractors during major repairs or system upgrades when required.
